Employment and experience

Natural History Museum in London (since the pre-Cambrian) working as curator on various taxonomic groups in Palaeontology and with a brief stint in the Conservation Unit before becoming Research Assistant to Prof. Richard Fortey (trilobites and graptolites).

An increasing part of my job became ICT-related and I ended up spending 2004 covering as IT manager for the Department of Palaeontology before switching back to curation in 2005. I’ve been the collections’ manager responsible for the fossil arthropods since 2008.
